Since writing a little bit about the Snow Elves, I've found I really enjoy the mystery of their culture. They are most definitely a race worth researching, yet it's difficult to find the answers to important questions. I want to know more about their society; how they treat their children, how they view their spouses, who assumes which roles and why, and yet I can only make educated guesses. This only furthers my curiosity personally.

My questions to you are as follows: What race in the Elder Scrolls do you find the most fascinating? Why? Is there a specific moment in TES history which makes you like this race?

Let me know!

I too am enthralled with the Snow Elves culture and history as well as if any still remain untainted and still assume there true form or if all were lost to the Dwemers cruelty and have become Falmer since so little can be learned my fall back in RAce interest would have to fall on to the Bosmers

We're in the same boat! The Bosmer's history is great, especially the Green Pact and their rituals.

I'm also going to have to go with the Bosmer. A fairly interesting culture, and I love the deer-style eyes from Morrowind and Skyrim, both unique and fitting their animal theme.

Dunmer are the most interesting to me personally. They have always been fascinating they have such a interesting and diverse culture with very unique ideals and standards. They are honorable and loyal unlike any other yet also they are willing to cut the throat of most without any remorse and suffice it to say they are calculating if not entirely cold yet in them burns desire and warmth when you can find it that is unlike a lot of other races. For example even if a family is an enemy of the worst kind they will give them an honorable burial and return them to the ash with their ancestors and all that despite their hatred. They have legalized assassinations yet they hold honor codes such as loyalty so high that some ancestors still serve their family even after death. They have large processions such as the ones to Necrom that last for weeks as they walk from home to the burial site. I don't know personally I just find how some of the ideas about them and what their appearance is to the outside world versus to what they look like to family and friends is very interesting. They are also very noted for respecting as strong enemy even when losing and typically only seek revenge if it was a strike against there family or someone like that. I just find dunmer to be so interesting also they are the most avid race at least it seems other than maybe argonians to stick by their traditions and their gods without sacrificing anything. Minus House Hallullu or however you spell it lol.

I'll just repeat myself and say "Khajiit". I was drawn to the originally because, well, they're cat people! Although honestly, I really fell in love with the Khajiit when I read a book in Oblivion called "Ahzirr Traajijazeri". It was dark but also extremely happy-go-lucky and practical all at the same time. I really like listening to them talk, too...

Anyway, I really want to experience the different sub-types first hand. I want to see each and every type and see how they all fit into Khajiit society.

We'll be finding Ayleid ruins strewn about TESO so watch carefully!

Definitely the Tsaesci. They have appeared three times in conflict with Tamriel and there is yet so little we know about them. Why have many accounts described them as similar to Nords and Redguards yet they have also been described as 'Vampiric snake men'. Are there two separate races or does their scale armour make them seem like snakes. As for Tamrielic races, I would have to go with the Ayleids.

The Dwemer. I want to know; where these Ground Elves go? I wanna know more!

The Ayleiids. Where are they? How did they harness the enrgy of starlight to get magika etc?

The Ancient Falmer (Snow Elves). Do they know where the Dwemer went? Are they still alive?

Didn't the Dwemer become the "Divine Skin" of Numidium in their attempt at obtaining Divinity?

Obviously aside from the Dwemer,

The Argonians and the Redguard have always interested me. Alongside this i have also always felt that Valenwood holds massive secrets hidden in it's roots

The Akaviri man (obviusely based on japanese) an their unknown fate, the Dwemer, of course, Snow Elves, Aleyid (There even could be survivors in Cyrodill/Valenwood), the Chimer and their transformation in Dark Elves, the Redguards their ancient homeland, Yokuda and the legends of a misteryous Elven race that they wiped out, and, of course, the Bosmer, with the Green pact, wnd their ancient culture that the Thalmor are trying to erase, assimilating them (I totally think Bosmer should be independient).
