Dark brotherhood and thieves guild will be implemented post launch due to the fact the game whont't have a crime sistem at launch.
Warrior guild and mage guild are present and each will have his own skill tree.
College of winter hold and central cyrodiil will be closed at launch but made accessible in a second moment.

It depend on what payment model they will chose (P2P or B2P).
In the end is too early for an answer.

That also depends on whose opinion you listen to ... but put it this way, in most B2P games you are forced to pay RL $$ for anything that is of value to your character or advancement, including sometimes expansions. In P2P, your subscription fee covers everything you will need, usually including expansions and expansions are more guaranteed to come at regular intervals. For me, I'd rather pay a cool $15 a month for guaranteed quality content than be milked by a game constantly for upgrades.

TESO - - Multiplayer: "M'aiq does not know this word. You wish others to help you in your quest? Coward! If you must, search for the Argonian Im-Leet, or perhaps the big Nord, Rolf the Uber. They will certainly wish to join you." M'aiq the Liar.

"Va Khaj Dar - Khajiity's united? M'aiq will join!" M'aiq the Liar

I think $15 a month is a lot, especially since my parents (I'm 15) told me if I wanted something online I use my allowance. I don't mind and I hope it's p2p but something along the lines of 5-$10 a month

Well if you think about how many movies you'd go watch in a month, or rent from Netflix or Red Box; or go bowling & rent shoes; pay to go to the neighborhood swimming pool or skateboard park; etc. - then $15 a month isn't really that much at all. Perhaps if you do more chores your parents will raise your allowance. That's how I got around it at your age - that and babysitting.

Yea true, money isn't the problem, the method of paying is my problem. I hope they do something like ESO gift cards similar to the playstation store cards that have $20 in them. If they don't then idk how I can pay I don't have my own credit card

What age do you have to be for Paypal? Some games let you pay with that. You are right, the best option is gift cards. What I love with Everquest 2 is that sometimes they have a special for e.g. 7-Eleven EQ2 Gift Cards and in addition, you get like double station cash to buy stuff on the market if you use the 7-11 gift card to load that weekend.

So if its p2p, how do we purchase the game? Do we buy it from a store and then have to pay again to play or what?
