Do you guys plan to play vampires or werewolves, or to remain fully human/mer?

Personally, I'm planning to play as a werewolf. If there are any other forms of lycanthropy in the game, I may consider one of them instead. I'll probably make an alt for a vampire too, but I'm not quite as excited for that.

ive played as a vampire before and i didnt like it, even with dawngaurd and it kind of ruined my oblivion account when i used to play oblivion because you couldnt go out at daytime and everyone hated you. but werewolves, people hardly notice tht you are a werewolf so no one hates you and you dont always have to be a werewolf like on skyrim, im a werewolf but ive only transformed like 8 times and ive spent over 500 hours, its just nice knowing that i have tht power if i need it.

In the first time I play Skyrim the first thing I did is turn myself in a werewolf, but I used the werewolf skills 1 time, in the hircine's ring quest. So why I went turn myself if I don't use that power, because they have 100% of disease resistence, so I can't be turned in a vampire.
Oblivion made me really hate be a vampire in a TES game, and in TESO will have hostility to vampires, so I don't want to be one

My main problem with the vampires in Oblivion was their weakness to fire, since the main quest has you fighting creatures from Oblivion that specialize in fire. Makes the game much tougher. But I suppose one could enchant their armor to reduce fire damage.

The damage from the sun thing only affected you if you didn't drink blood often enough. I actually liked that part. If I'm not worrying about the sun, I don't really feel like a vampire.

The nice thing about the werewolf, though, is their powers and weaknesses can be turned off and on. But even when not in beast form, werewolves have certain stat boosts. If you never transform, you still benefit.

Meh. I was never interested in playing them in the single player games. I don't see that changing for ESO. But I have no problem with other people playing as vampires or werewolves, if that's your thing.

oh, i didnt know that you only got affected by the sun if you didnt drink enough blood :/ but with vampires theres more disadvantages than advantages, thats yi dont like them :'

If Lycanthropy & Vampirism is anything like it was in skyrim, EVERYONE will be a werewolf. Vampires have so many negatives it feels like while the werewolf doesn't. The only way to really balance that would be to make Werewolves have negatives, which would ergo make them weaker in my eyes. . unless you made vampires not weaker in day which jus wouldn't make sense.

My alt will be a Nord Templar Vampire. A sort of bloodmage build if possible with lifesteal, nukes, health shield, etc. using both holy and unholy power.

I'll probably try out vampirism, but it won't be a big deal for me.

I'm actually hoping that most will not want to be werewolves or vampires. I prefer most of the population lacking these diseases.

My worst fear is that they will enable both diseases at the same time.

I seriously doubt they'd do that. They may allow characters to switch between the two like in Skyrim, but having both at once would be crazy.

Not Set
I've never been a fan of Lycanthropy & Vampirism in the games. The only time I've been a vampire was in Oblivion by accident. I was annoyed, spent my whole time as a vampire doing cure quest and nothing else. I understand they come with perks, but it's just something I've personally avoided on my characters and will continue avoiding in TESO.
