Casual, Social, Mature, and with a goal to bring together the feminine side of ESO. This guild was created with the desire to have a guild to interact with while playing a game that we truly admire. To bring together females, but really any persons, who need a safe haven from.. how can I put this lightly.. the average guild of the dismissive or a-social nature. This is a place you can be comfortable to be who you are, in a game you love. This isn't a sorority, this isn't a mom's group, it's a place for gamers like myself to just not feel inhibited by "family friendly" rules, or to feel uncomfortable being of the gender minority in games; especially online RPGs.

I, personally, have always found it difficult to find a guild where I feel genuinely comfortable, or as some put it "at home". Not to mention the risk of hearing "OMG A GIRL". While many are overcoming that reaction, as being a female gamer is becoming more of a social norm in the gamer community, there is still most definitely a feeling in the back of most lady's heads hoping they don't have to deal with that. With the rush to get so many members to unlock a guild store, I feel many are still going to be this way. I'm hoping to overcome that. There are female-only guilds in almost every other established MMO out there, and I'm hoping Witches of Nocturne can be "one of" the first and longest-lasting. I know my heart is already being poured into a game that takes place in a storyline of games that I absolutely cherish, and I'm hoping there are others like me who want the same.

I don't want anyone to think this is going to be some super-serious guild, but at the same time I want to be "taken" seriously. The atmosphere will be completely casual, with mature and even dark humor (no pun intended). I want to have fun with female friends I'd otherwise never knew existed outside of my beloved Tamriel.

https://www.facebook.com/groups/WitchesOfNocturnal/ - Our new Facebook page! Request to be added and socialize with us a bit. We are still small but growing on a daily basis :)
@PixelPixi - My in-game username. Add me here as well, send me in-game mail any time of day, or message me directly any time you see me online. I spend a large portion of my day in-game so chances are you will see me on sooner or later to speak with me personally.
I will be conducting short, personal interviews with "most" people who express interest. We will be a tight-knit guild so expect us to get to know each other. :)

Now for a little RP, because god damn do I love me some Elder Scrolls lore. (Side note; It isn't really an RP guild, but if there are members who wish to start a private RP group I might be swayed... the idea of a sisterhood dedicated to Nocturne makes my lore geekiness intensify heavily..)

Like most Daedric Princes, Nocturnal has female, magic-using worshipers known as witches. In the book 'Purloined Shadows', a coven dedicated to Nocturnal is seen worshiping her. Nocturnal seems to enjoy the praise they give her, smiling as they sang of her great mystery.

We are the Witches of Nocturnal. A coven dedicated to a life in the shadows with great reverence for the night. Our Lady Nocturnal chooses very few to smile upon, and we are those lucky few.
