Yes you can go between zones without loading. Except Cyrodiil and dungeons I believe is the only things with loading screens.

The only loading screens I think will be seen are entering/exiting cyrodiil and dungeoes as @Infamous said, as well as fast traveling and when moving into zones that are geographically separated from the next zone (ie. islands, mountain passes, etc)

So there will be loading screens, but they only when entirely new areas need to be loaded where it wouldn't make sense to have them loaded incrementally. A similar system to the TES games.

Yes. After you reach level 50+ you can opt to unlock one other factions territory to explore and quest in with content to match your level. Then at another later milestone (not sure on the requirements for this milestone if anyone could fill in that gap) you reach what is called 50++ in which you can unlock the last faction territory to explore and quest in again with content to match your level.

You can't attack them, you can do the quests for that alliance though. Although it will be scaled to your level and the gear will also be appropriate for your level. Once you beat that alliance zone you can go on the the final one where you can get some of the best gear in game. You will most likely be running around and questing with other members of your own alliance in those areas. So if you are DC and you go to EP alliance area, you will be with other DC who also chose the EP area.

I kinda wish it was like WoW and you could attack the other faction without being engaged in PvP

I agree completely but I also want them to do it the right way. IMHO, they need to make sure everything is squeeky clean with the four base zones, then can build on hybrid zones from there. I just don't want anything rushed in this game, especially when it is something that will dictate game mechanics. Will always take pace and quality over rushed content

It is not that I lack loyalty, in fact it is one of my stronger traits. It just seems that I have a much deeper, more poignant sense of betrayal.
